Britney Jean Spears (lahir di Kentwood, Louisiana, 2 Desember 1981) adalah seorang penyanyi pop asal Amerika Serikat.

Nama Spears mulai dikenal sejak mengeluarkan single pertamanya ...Baby One More Time pada tahun 1998. Kemudian diikuti keluarnya album yang bertitel sama. pada tahun 2000 Britney mengeluarkan album kedua yang bertitel " Oops! .. I Did It Again ". Album ini terjual pada minggu pertama di Amerika sebanyak 1,3 juta dan merupakan penjualan Album tercepat dalam sejarah. Ia telah banyak mendapatkan penghargaan dan termasuk sebuah Grammy untuk "Best Dance Recording" untuk lagu hitnya Toxic pada tahun 2005. Ia menikah dengan Kevin Federline dari tahun 2004 hingga 2006 dan dikaruniai dua anak laki-laki bernama Sean Preston Federline (lahir 2005) serta Jayden James (lahir 2006). Sebelum menikah dengan Federline, Spears pernah berpacaran selama beberapa tahun dengan Justin Timberlake.
